Cancellation and Reschedule Policy

Clients are allowed one rescheduled appointment without needing to provide a second deposit. Reschedules cannot occur within 72 hours of the appointment in order qualify. Any cancellation or reschedule within 72 hours of the appointment will require a new deposit. All schedule change penalties can be waived at Numi's discretion.
